Okay, One. It's about 27 dollars (26.95) STANDALONE BOUGHT FROM THE SITE, Second. I don't use Steam, so I can't answer that.
Third, it's a mod, so you'll have to do some mombo-jombo to get a mod like this running. (Because a API hasn't been developed.) You could probably ask the guys over on Zelovka's MC forum. (I swear I spelled that wrong.)
Fourth, you sure? I mean, this game isn't like your typical Indie-Sandbox game.
Fifth, There's a actual mod known as "Mine Little Pony" which ironic enough, uses the Textures from this mod and they slab it down on your character.
In short, the mod is just to "Ponify" your minecraft character.

[Sighs] Alright everyone, last round of Minecrafted Ponies. I'm taking it WAY to overboard. I know that for a fact because right after Luminous was released, I closed my chrome and went straight back to minecraft. Also, lesson learned; Installing a messload of mods can really pomegranate your game up.

Not really. All fandoms create fanfics. I just mean that due to the popularity and fanbase of Avatar they will be cranking out fics like crazy, mostly ship fics because I know Avatar was pretty notorious for people shipping everyone with everyone, so naturally Legend of Korra will follow suit.

During the 2011 Summer Bronycon they had a early screening of Return of Harmony Part 2. (Because part one was released? I have no clue. My memory is completely fuzzy from last year's con after moderating a stream for like...idk how many hours. Your brain turns to mush right after.)
And if it's one thing I know, FiMFiction unlike EqD allows a wider genre of stories. Even Humanoid/Humanized. And those ones are the good ones. So your options aren't really limited....though don't make any shippers......don't.

I watched some of the livestreams for BroNYcon, it really has some of the awkward people of the fanbase who say 20% cooler in 10 seconds flat every two words. Then again it's just like anime conventions, lots of awkward people but still nice things you can enjoy and cool people you can meet if you look hard enough.
