I just hope 5th Job animations are and Luminous level, then I'll start playing.

The only meh thing about that table is that it would mean/include that the endgamelevel should be at 150+6*10 = 210 instead of 200. Which is an ugly number.

NOT looking forward to more effing Mastery books. Just imagine 5th job books; 30 or 10% chance of working, max mesos or more a pop.

Should do away with the mastery book system entirely unless they let us actually hunt for specific books again. Need book X? Kill enemy Y, they drop there.
Nowadays it's just good ****ing luck, hope you're rich because there's a 1 out of more than I care to count chance of getting the book you want from an unrevealed one.

And even then the drop rate is absurdly ****ty, haven't seen even ONE drop, ever.

SO here's a supremely silly thought..

KMS made Pink Bean and nobody could defeat him. They then added Potential (a major change in the game), which made it possible.

KMS just introduced Chaos Pink Bean and he looks quite unbeatable. Perhaps the plan is make 5th job (a major change in the game) so that he becomes beatable.

Conclusion: Pink Bean is real cause of major changes in the Maple world.

If they ever did. I ensure you I'd play MS again, and for a long time at that. I hate interacting with FM (People have prolly seen me say that many times before) and if it weren't for that, I could prolly play to 200 without ever having to step foot in there. Then the process of finding a seller of less common books is ugh. I always would get sick of the game around 130ish because of this and skip off to a new alt. I hope a 5th job revamp would fix this.

If you actually have to work for it, maybe it will be a new way for dedicated players to make mesos without paying absurd amounts of real life money?

just get 140set+leafre set and you'll save over 30 Sp right there

Make all 4th job skills NOT require books and make all books turn into MMBs.

Current pattern is 20 (or 22), 40, 50, 80. Not much better.

Maple always suffered from the 10~20 lvls per job TOO much syndrome, so I applaud this!

Imagining 5th job Mech to be an airplane transformation with a GAU-12 gatling gun with 2000 RPM

I just want to take this opportunity to put in my inb4 on "5th job = Quintuple Throw."

I'm going to kill a nig if that happens. Though, if they ever release Eckhart, NL's will probably get Quintuple Throw (akin to Hero's after Mikhail was released).

I'm guessing not many people noticed judging by this, but a significant number of skills in 4th job already had their skill levels lowered in this patch. Max posted that on his blog with a table of it all. That, combined with the level decreases for job advance, pretty much make it set in stone that they have a 5th job/ultimate type thing in store for us.

I'm not sure how I feel about it. There is definitely some classes that could have much more potential with a 5th job (Bishop, please?) which is where I welcome it. But then again.. people are already strong enough as it is. Unless they increase the damage cap it seems kind of.. odd to do.

EDIT: Ops, I'm stupid. It's only 2nd and 3rd job skills that were changed, could of sworn I saw a few 4th job skills there when I woke up but maybe I was just really tired. Still, I suspect they'll change 4th job skills with the next patch because there really is no reason to make 4th job at level 100 otherwise..

This list only includes 2nd and 3rd job skills.
The titles are the names of 4th jobs, but they are misleading.

I want 5th job, But only if they can do it properly.. By this I mean without making maple massively unbalanced once again.
Also I don't want a higher level cap. I don't have the willpower to train past 200 xD

If this happens, we all know damn well it would be fucked by nexon.

It'd be nice to see a "fifth job" as a "supplement", so to speak. You still level fourth job skills normally, 100-200.
5th job skills would be something to enhance your current 4th job, either upgraded through a quest, or by having a separate SP pool that received 3 points per level in addition to your 4th job SP pool.

I feel like it may be something similar to CK's level 100/110 skills.
