Am I the only one who thought the thread title said Teen Maple?

I thought that too. The next thought that came into my mind was Teen Titans.

It just occurred to me that when the Pirate legend is released, we need a group of five people to go and make one of the legends each (without overlapping) and then buy one of the Meso Ranger outfits (again, without overlapping) and then proceed to make a bunch of random youtube videos about their adventures against the evil Black Mage and kill a new monster each week, but not before learning some lesson about teamwork!

Hey, I may be a masochistic as KhainiWest says, but that doesn't mean I can't be an optimist as well!

The modern definition of a 'pirate' class did not exist during the first battle vs. the black mage.

Euryth could be considered the first Pirate, but she was still just making developmental weapons during the black mage era.

But wasn't Testonen also a pirate?
He could techincally be considered the first brawler (He used his fists)

I don't see why they couldn't have made this class a pirate...they could've just as easily given it a different weapon and toned down the magic.

Obviously he's probably dead now but, if Yuris was already pregnant with Kyrin, how can he be her father if he wasn't around?

Aside from the fact that it would've had to been completely remade since all of Luminous's skills use magic. The only system that would've been able to be kept would've been the Equilibrium system, and that probably could've been used as a Rage system instead of Dark/Light balance.

There's almost no way that Luminous could have been a Pirate without being a (or at least almost) complete new concept.

Lolpirates and all, they could have made the Pirate hero unrelated to the Black Mage set of heroes (who obviously won't have pirates because fisting wasn't invented yet)

To be fair, if Kyrin is really half-fairy then there's really no telling how old she actually is.



That said, Testonen will never happen. He was my dream to begin with and I have given up hope on it ever actually coming to fruition. YOU ALL SHOULD TOO
