Technically if they programmed it in, they could. Since the max exp needed wouldnt be over that highest integer thing that we have. But I doubt they'd do anything like that

Also that does not mean people will reach level 200. There is a 5 hr / day limit in VMS, after that 5 hours, you gain NO EXPERIENCE! BWAHAHAHAHA...

Also, this is NOT AN EVENT. It is PERMANENT!

VietnamMS is based off MSEA, so if what you have doesn't work on MSEA, then you probably won't be able to get anything out of it.

BrazilMS did this reduction a few months ago, I think it was a temporary event, so that's probably the same thing here.

VietnamMS is kinda mix , because some monsters drop like those in GMS but the maps are like SMS

The timer resets at 0.00 (GMT + 7), not when you logout.

I calculated the new EXP for this (see sig) based off an old gMS spreadsheet I have. In theory you could add 4 more levels before you reach the 32-bit cap, 5 if you just shave a bit off the last level... but in all the new values will almost save you 8 billion EXP in reaching L200. Not bad really.
