It's a stealth nerf for phantoms. And god this class is amazing xD

Oh yeah, forgot about Phantoms. Sucks for them I guess.
Also, how does that cooldown for Talent work? 30 seconds between switching?

Dont be stupid now, its clearly only for changing skills. I was hoping this would come so phantoms cant change attack while weapon cancel and magic cancel (they can still use cl during w.att cancel and ultimate drive during magic cancel but w/e)

This explains why we had all these uncreative buffs and Mihile on KMS. They spent all their ideas on this guy.
