Well, fat is nature's butter... and bacon is pretty much salted fat >;o.

I've had pig fat for dessert in a nice restaurant and it was quite lovely :x

I made a pseudo-bacon sundae with an M&M sundae and some bacon bits I stole from work. It tastes good, but definitely not something you want to have often.
