If you want to sell for gold it's only around 5-7m.
The frick?! People pay that much for pre-level 60 gear? Holy sh'it I can NOT level fast enough on my Barbarian to get to Inferno mode farming! Also, I want to slap whoever bought your shield for 500k.

Rings and amulets are generally more expensive even if they're not lv60. I sold a ring with less stats for $50 (and probably underpriced it since it sold in minutes and similarly stat'ed rings were listed for $100.) I wouldn't expect these prices to last more than a week or two though. Things are always inflated when they first come out. Especially when gold selling becomes possible in RMAH prices will stabilize.
Also you can't buy WoW time with battle.net balance. Most likely not even new games that's coming out such as SC2: HotS. But yea if you never cashed it out you don't need to include it for income tax.

Fine, I guess I can go buy Blizzard games and Blizzard products "for free" then.

It depends how much you cashed out. What you linked was just them saying they're not charging you anything aside from what they show. They have no obligation to tell the player what their duties are to the IRS though, that's something the player should already be aware of. Check the forums or contact Blizzard and they'll tell you they're not responsible for what happens with cashed out battle.net balance.

is this really gonna turn into a pc> thread when the auction house search function exists
seriously if you cant figure out a price from looking at the page or 3 of items with almost the same or better stats... lowball a starting bid with no buyout. theres enough users that someone will bid it up. there are only 5 classes. no item is too niche.
had no bids on a sword at 3m (which is about what i decided i wanted out of it from lookin at similar stuff), tried again at 1m... and it got bid up to 3m.

There's already enough PC and Selling threads of the class specific threads in the official forums. This here should be for things that are interesting for everyone, not a help desk for only your own demands.

Ok no more price checks but this is actually interesting because there are a TON of lv53 blue rings on the AH with atk speed 15% + atk/main stat for 3-10k each.
So to test this... I put up a pretty crappy rare ring similar to yours (12% atk speed) for 120k and it sold instantly. Apparently people filter by rare and completely miss the fact that there're lower level blue rings with better stats for dirt cheap.

Ayyy why are they nerfing attack speed >.<. Next thing you know they'll nerf crit rate and damage. Guess I won't be hitting 5 APS. I'm converting to a crit rate/damage build now since I'll lose like a whole 2APS from this nerf which converts to about 40k DPS for me.

Attack Speed is ridiculously OP when stacked to a certain degree. Nothing compared to Crit Rate / Crit Damage.
