I doubt you'll be able to move or teleport while doing tornado so that makes it much less broken.

Looks like they just recolored Phantom's Card Tempest. But the pulling effect looks nice.

No?
It wasn't a "recolour". Tornado floated around the length of your character and was able to be moved across the map, Card Tempest expanded based on how long it was held on and was immobile.

I like it! The "sucking" monsters feature makes it much closer to what REAL tornados do.

Sucking the monsters to you does seem a lot better than moving to them. I hope they have something exciting for wild hunters, they really need it.

A recolor doesn't imply the skills act the same and neither did i.
