That is too overpowered. In theory, Quincy's can absorb shinigamy and their hadous, and enslave their rejatsu. Considering how strong that guy is, then even all captains are in danger for this.

The thing is, this "skill" essentially destroys their body. He fits until his bones are essentially dust. I forgot the technique name, but the drawback is death.

Are you talking about the Quincy guy? Where did you get that from?. It obviously means death for the victim, but I doubt It'd be any risk for the user. My point is, if a mere squad leader like the one fighting Ichigo in HuecoMundo can be so strong, imagine the main guys that go with the Quincy king. They must be able to absorb the captains, Yamamoto and even... AIZEN.

Yeah the quincy guy is using a skill that essentially sacrifices the body for the sake of battle, hence why he was able to crack his neck back into place. It was introduced very early on.

Captains got no chance of winning. The moment they get the upperhand during a fight, they get absorbed.

Soul Society will perish. Some will escape and get powered up to fight back. My best guess... HOLLOWIFICATION FOR ALL CAPTAINS... and Bankai for Kenpachi.
