What would you suggest me for this price or less, then? Every other computer have built-in graphics that are even worse. One of the customer reviews even say that this runs SC2 on high perfectly well and that it's the best choice for the 700$ range. Don't know whether I should trust him or not since I don't know too much about graphic cards...

I know the first one is sold out atm, but should I wait for that to restock or go after the 2nd laptop?
Wait until when we're closer back to school season if you can:
1) Ivy bridge will be more readily available, so the prices on older i5, i7s will drop and maybe you can grab a better deal on those then.
2) Back to school deals

Scratch the previous post I made.
I need one asap, I can't live with this 512MB ram and 32MB graphics card anymore.

There's no actual difference. One had a BD and one doesn't.

Which one should I get, and I have a 500-W PSU. If I need to upgrade to get either tell me.
Personally I'm more into nVidia then AMD...
Best bang for the buck atm - Nvidia GTX 460 -> 129.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814127646
Next best thing - Nvidia GTX 560 SE (will be rebranded as GTX 645 in the future) -> 129.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814500241
Next upcoming best thing - Nvidia GTX 640/650 -> Will come this or next month.
Also, just check for GPU results here: (Uncheck Laptop & DirectX 9/10)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6834158427 Get the one without the BluRay drive, since you will never watch a bluray movie on a laptop. Also, you can always get an external USB BluRay drive if you REALLY want one after some time...

Bottom: Doesnt -$60
Basically do you need the extra 140 gigs of HD space and a Blu-ray drive?

I actually do not. It would be nice but not really something I need. So the bottom it is.

What is your current budget?:
$2500
What part are you looking for? Why do you need it?:
Well I'm buying an Alienware Chassis that comes with four fans, the motherboard and power supply and otherwise its barebone. I'm spending alittle of my salary each month to build this pc. These are the parts I'm going to get.
I'd like to know weather there are better parts for less/roughly the same I should rather get. Aswell as what else I can add to either boost performance and will the four fans + liquid cooling be enough to keep it cool. Also yes aesthetics matter that's why I'm getting this case in particular.
How do you intend to use this new part or new computer? What's the heaviest load it's likely to encounter?
3d Animation,rendering,video editing,gaming.
If you live anywhere other than the United States, please indicate your country.
Israel.

Israel. Those indicator prices are way off-track. Also don't get a 560 Ti in SLI now, get a GTX 670 (Asus one), that is the new powerhouse-budget videocard.
If you want the case, sure get it (only the case), but these parts can be a lot better / cheaper.
I'll come back on this tomorrow, it's getting too late here now.

Thanks however regarding Prices, pc parts are more expensive in Israel. Also (Dunno if you noticed) but I intend on getting two 560 Ti's that's why the price written there is high.
Edit the GTX 670 is $520 in Israel. wouldn't two 560 TI's give me better performance?

Current prices in The Netherlands
Alienware Chasis (no motherboard / PSU) - 200 Euro (Can you buy those cases separate?)
Cooler Master Silent Pro M1000 PSU - 130 Euro
Asus P8Z77-V Motherboard - 160 Euro
Intel Core i7 3770K Boxed - 300 Euro
Corsair Vengeance CML16GX3M2A1600C10 (2x 8GB) - 120 Euro
Asus GTX670-DC2T-2GD5 - 400 Euro
Creative SoundBlaster Recon3D PCI-E - 70 Euro
Seagate Barracuda Green 5900.3 ST2000DL003, 2TB - 100 Euro
Samsung 830 series 64GB SDD - 70 Euro
Antec H2O 920 - 90 Euro
------------------
Total 1640 Euro
About the 2x 560TI vs 670, you won't like the noise of 2 videocards, the 670 of Asus is a LOT quieter, also performance wise the 670 is better:
http://community.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu (Uncheck Laptop / DirectX 9 & 10)
-> NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 => 9280 - 3D Mark 11
-> NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti => 4640 - 3D Mark 11 (in SLI mode this would be 2x 80% performance at max, it's never twice the performance)

Awesome! thanks, i'll aim for that! Also there are places (like ebay) where you can get the case seperately.

But again, if you're going to get a 670 card, make sure you get the Asus one, their custom cooler is really quiet. Just don't get a 670 with a stock Nvidia cooler which can be really noisy.

What is your current budget?:
~$800-ish dollars max. I like sales and coupons so if you're able to find those and get any laptop down to around there that's cool too. My school also has a discount with Dell anyways so there's that too. I don't care to buy used/refurbished unless it's from a source you know does quality refurbished laptops.
What part are you looking for? Why do you need it?:
New laptop, current one is getting old.
What parts are in your current computer? Be as specific as possible. Links to Newegg/Tigerdirect are best. If you have a pre-built, include the make and model.
This is my current laptop, a Dell Inspiron 1545.
How do you intend to use this new part or new computer? What's the heaviest load it's likely to encounter?
College/school work and gaming. The gaming isn't going to be really intense, I'd just like to be able to run games with reasonable FPS on at least medium settings. Also, not interested in having a huge one. I would say any laptop around the size of my current one is the biggest I'm willing to go for (smaller is good too).

Asus always have good laptops. This is one I can recommend for "LIGHT" Gaming.
If it doesn't hit your taste just poke your nose around Asus laptops. They're really good and My mom used one for a long time and still does whatever she needs. <look she plays Planeswalker 2012 that's all she does on it now lol>

Any other suggestions? I always like multiple opinions.

A brand new laptop, my current computers are all desktops with crappy specs too, since my friend recommended me to LoL my crappy desktops can't even play it at all.

I have 2 computers, they both use intel pentium 4, so I'm seriously just upgrading to a good laptop at the same time
How do you intend to use this new part or new computer? What's the heaviest load it's likely to encounter?
playing LoL/ms/hw(doesn't need any high specs), my main computers are all desktops and they very outdated, since they can't even run 64bit. So I just want a decent laptop with good specs towards gaming I guess since my homework is basically like nothing in the first place.

I'd suggest getting a faster RPM drive and not making it samsung. Although more expensive, WD has a better survival rate, especially among the 2TB drive, they also have a 7200 RPM as apposed to the samsung that has only a 5400. Other than that everything looks fine, I have the same PSU, and it supports everything perfectly. GET A ZALMAN COPPER RING CPU COOLER!!
