First time Horntail duo!



It would've been a lot faster, but the guy I was duoing with forgot his all cures. :| Plus... he only did 50k per hit with Blast, tops.

Uhhh.... Thanks! I might try a Horntail solo while Dennis' Bishop is inside the entrance to Horntail. I don't have the medal to skip the Cave of Life yet on my Viper. :X


Anyway, today, I went on my very first Chaos Zakum run (non-leech run, at least) and got myself my very first Chaos Zakum helmet!





The second run, I actually died once due to 1/1 + Seduce. :< Luckily, my JP friend sent me a Wheel of Destiny before we went to the first Horntail of the day, so I was able to see the battle to the end.





Time to get something to eat and then get to sleep. My eyes are killing me. I'll work on leveling tomorrow, I suppose. I'm too damn lazy to give a rat's ass today.

Got to 170 finally, and tried out Hard Mode Hilla (170+) for the lulz.

You can only respawn 15 times. She hit me 15k with willow defense (20% defense) and full empress (except wep)..
In Normal Hilla, you don't lose EXP when you die, but in Hard mode you do..
She has potential lock, but I couldn't stay alive long enough to see her cast it..
I'm not sure what's with the thing on top of her head..


Oh, and to top that all off, you have to do this in 30 minutes..

The WABR was from a hot time, and it expires June 4th. I'm going to miss it.

Anyways, with normal mode Hilla, she has 50% damage, so basically your damage is sliced in half.
My damage isn't that great, but she has a lot of defense..

All 4 were duos, but the Hero disconnected on one and died on the other so I had to solo about 50% HP in both of those.

some friends and I went to do a second czak and all three died, so I was left to solo about 60% of last body
that was annoying, but I'm amazed how resilient I am to this boss haha

he could not 1/1 me at all LOL. I had to will because seduce AND pot lock happened, to go on the rope
I used a gelt because his dispel was annoying me; took about 10-15 mins (everyone is gone)

EDIT: Posted in the wrong thread...

Zakum "solo." Polantaris was there, but they were there for leech. I'm sure their damage helped a bit, though.

I'm in love with Phantom at the moment. Soul Steal is awesome and the DPS is great. But anyway... I got two levels and Polantaris got 7. xd This was fun!

I FINALLY found my technique for Van Leon(it DR's like fucking crazy).
