Best part is, if you get around 490 willpower, then finish that quest, it's 790 willpower in one day.

Is the fame repeatable too? I did both of them and got fame from both but haven't tried again since. Willpower is already capped, so I don't gain anything for that.

Regardless, the 200 Phantom PvP video didn't seem like anyone will hit 999,999 easily in PvP. I mean the best was 923k CRIT, 600k non-crit.

I should ask you the same thing. I was under the impression if a single skill hit five times, then it's five hits, not one.

hits =/= attacks. Doing 4million damage with a single attack isn't that hard.

I'm assuming that's what locked meant. Was a single button press / single ATTACK.
