For some reason, I read this as "like the Black Mage has that rapper thing", and I was like, the hell?

Anyway, it's only an item description instead of a true item effect, but still, after throwing out a Job name, they can't just ignore the fact that it's there, they need to give me something now, brief backstory, class, anything ;_;

All the Bounty Hunter event entries are pre-fixed with Jett.

The town was apparently sealed years ago and there has been a giant city living under kerning all these years.. pretty cool eh? Theres no pictures yet at all, I just took pics of the most important page for you guys which was the grid graph thingy showing upcoming events. And if you guys noticed, the locust race is coming out June 28th 2012 midnight and loca is coming out July 18th 2012.
Now heres the big news.. I'm not sure if its confirmed but its labeled as INCOMPLETE on the paper. A GMS revamp.. Big bang much? It said visit page 78 but from pages 54, everything else after was removed for some reason o-o Maybe they needed it, not sure.
So what do you guys think? And I think I deserve a thanks.. I was bored with my friends plus I'm in summer so we went to visit Nexon america and we were curious if we could find some posters or something in the trash about the new jobs, but we found something better lolz."

EDIT: Actually, after looking at this, I am wondering if Loca is the GMS name for Phantom. I don;t believe we have seen anything from NexAM that explicitly calls the new Legend "Phantom" and it wouldn't be the first time we got different names.

A reverse Phone lookup placed the location of that number in the right neighborhood as the address on the paper...

That proves my point, not yours. All the quote says is that 'you may have heard about the Phantom hero if you follow the news of Korean MapleStory'. It merely affirms that it is called Phantom in Korea. They are bringing the class over, but it doesn't say anything directly about what it will be called here. (It is neither proof nor disproof of what we will get, which is what I was saying.)

Im also calling BS on this. As someone who works in an office that handles very sensitive information, Not even nexon would be dumb enough to just drop sensitive information into a garbage bin. They more than likely have a shredder on site for no-longer relavant information or have a third party company come and professionally destroy it.

Also, I bet you I could replicate that easily, All you need is a little skill in MS word, some time in MS paint, and a color printer. just crumple up the paper and put some black marks on it and VIOLA! instant "legit" proof.

If he had posted this 24 hours ago I would strongly believe him now. But I have too much doubt to think this is credible. I actually hope I'm proven wrong though.

I call BS. Also, his story for dumpster diving is incredibly dumb. And he talked about a booklet, and those pages don't look like they came out of a booklet at all. If it was really from Nexon, he would have no issue posting the whole booklet.

What point would the be to admit that they know about Phantom from KMS, put it in a Dev Blog that basically confirms it, then change the name at the last second? It would make no sense.

I am not saying any of it is likely, mind you. The proposition put forth requires two things - 1) The 'booklet' is legit and 2) the notion that July 18 is supposed to be a patch as part of the Justice cycle. Both of those are shaky foundations, but if true then my hypothesis could also be true.
