Can not log on specific character.

Hello i've been having trouble logging on my main character. This is quite unusual and I'm sorry about all that I wrote but I want to include all important information, if you have questions ask.

Details about what appears to happen.

When trying to log in the vast majority of the time, I fail to connect to the channels server. The screen will load and I can walk around but nothing else moves. Many times it will not load my guild, buddy list, and or key configurations. Sometimes I will see people around where I am.

From another players perspective my character will log in and remain floating in the air for several minutes. During this time I can log of my main character but I can't attempt to relog until nexon disconnects my character from the game. On rare occasion my character will land on the ground and I may see some chat in the dialog box but it stops within a second.

BUT Sometimes when I attempt to connect I do successfully. When I log in the game plays as it should. I don't lag in the slightest and can stay logged in for hours and hours. However if i attempt to change channels or go to the cash shop, most the time i disconnect in a similar fashion.

All other characters, including the other two on the same account work as if nothing is wrong all the time.

The problem has something to do with the combination of my campus internet and something to do with those specific characters. Here is what I know.

It is NOT my computer, I don't need to: reinstall, reformat, re-patch, virus/spyware check, get directx 9, update my video drivers, disable firewalls, or any other software/hardware issue with my PC that you can think of. The game runs perfectly fine when connecting to other characters. AND when I'm not on the campus network. I have two computers and this started happening to both at the same time.

On Nov 5th the campus internet people did something that is suppose to prevent people from using p2p software.

I changed the main character on the Nexon website and I have not noticed any effect.

My character is a lvl 124 Bowmaster and my girlfriends is a 123 Bishop. All others mules on all 6 accounts collectively between us work without any problems. My girlfriend can log on her character and mine without problems.
