So, apparently, the "Box of Tomorrow" event going on in JMS spits out not only a special item at random (I got a 4 star equipment enhancement scroll), but it also gives this useless piece of shit at a 100% rate :

[MENTION=5959]Even[/MENTION]; It's a Primal Essence, used to craft things. They drop very rarely from Heartstones/Gold Flowers, except in GMS you can buy them for 5k NX each thanks to dupes ._.

Dragonic Machlear's the only Dragonic weapon that's not better than the regular version. (2 less attack, 1 more slot: meh. It's a speed tier faster when it's not on an Aran - normal speed Machlear is already at the cap for them)

Philosopher's Stones are obtained by breaking down 110+ equips, primal essences are the ones duped up the wazoo.

I extracted a red mantle and it gave me one recently.
