Looking at the patch notes....

- Dat buff to Fiddle's Dark Wind. That's going to help his farm a LOT. Inb4 Middlesticks becomes FotM
- Expected/10 on Dr. Mundo's ult nerf. His ult was simply a bit too strong (he could just troll heal + run away IF he is not focused down), or simply heal himself back to almost full within 10 seconds (starting mid-game).
- QoLs on GP's Parrrley, Cho'Gath's Rupture, TF's passive, and Malphite's ult (prolly more of a QoL + buff).
- Moar sustain nerf on Morgana. With Riot nerfing sustain by a lot these past few patches, this didn't surprise me a bit.

Others:

- Decrease in RAM usage with "Featured Games" will definitely prevent the client from snowballing in RAM usage. I've definitely noticed this on my own client, though it didn't impact me adversely.
- "Level 0 glitch" was a pain in the ass. Couldn't tell if your friend was in-game or just chilling in the client. Glad they finally fixed this.

AND...for those that like to taunt the other team by spamming emotes (and with certain champs, be hella annoying), not anymore:

Considering he's a "Commit or Die" kind of champ... You either kill someone or get killed in the process, no escapes whatsoever and in this meta thats usually bad. (Unless you are Morde and go all Huehuehue on their asses with good playing and constant poking)

Patch notes comments:
-- Ashe's Frost Shot projectile speed now matches her regular one? Mini buff for Ashe, yeyz xD
-- You all say Fiddlesticks' Dark Wind buff is awesome, but considering he usually maxes it last, and his base damage is utterly craptastic to begin with, it doesn't make him zOmg insanely viable compared to his previous incarnation. 5 bounces, 145 magic damage at rank 5, 0.45 AP ratio. Think about it. Most other champions can 1-shot caster minions in a single spell after getting AP. Fiddlesticks will pretty much never be able to do this without being insanely fed.
-- Fizz P/T fix? Does that mean I don't insta-die with no effect when I mount off the trident now?
-- Shen Bot now uses Q? Uh oh...
-- Gold display tooltips for +gold skills eh? This isn't actually useful, but I suppose it helps aid the decisions of the newer players and to help assist in seeing the true depth of impact these skills have.

Snowball champions tend to look OP. Get Phreak to play Katarina, and he'll utterly destroy everyone with Death Lotus.
The Ultimate's "Refresh on Kill" mechanic is what makes it over the top, IMO.
Especially since Rank 3 caps at 1000 TRUE DAMAGE! Just destroy all the things.

Actually its 340 true damage WITHOUT any Hemorrhage stack, 680 with the five stack (Not counting the 0.75/1.50 BONUS AD scale).

To get the full damage you have to be commited to one target for full stacks, and when someone else comes in you won't use the ultimate because he either have too much hp or you don't have any stack on him.

Its not so "OMG SO OP" like people apparently think it is.

Does it scale based on AD? Saint's Darius had a 908 TD cap at level 18 with 265 AD.

I find the true damage dealt by Darius's Execute is relatively alright. The "CD refresh with kill" part of his ultimate might be a problem though.

However, let players screw around with Darius and see how good (or bad) Darius is. He's only a day old, and there's still lots of things that's undiscovered about him right now.

0.75 per BONUS AD, so you can count out the Base AD + AD you gain by leveling up. At best you can get like 5xx True Damage WITHOUT any Hemorrhage Stack. To deal 1xxx True damage you need to have 5 stack of Hemorrhage and i find it hard you could keep those stacks on two or more targets simultaneously (At best 1 or 2), even worse if the second target just happened to appear when you killed the first one.

P.S: He gains 20% Extra damage per Hemorrhage Stack.

Concurring, lost two games that we were winning because the game went past 35 minutes and Darius could kill three people by himself.
Whoever designed his ultimate needs to get some sort of a stern talking to because I hate him so much right now.
