Well of course it looks boring when you spam your main mob attack. ANY class can look "boring" if you think of it that way.

Also, does KMS Empress not spam DR like a mofo when she's crashed? I didn't see any DR spam in the video to my knowledge, where as GMS Empress will cast DR 2-3+ times during a single crash segment.

Bind stops her from doing anything though, where as Crash still allows her to use DR "normally", as you put it.

Whenever I duo or trio Empress with guildmates, she spams DR like no tomorrow whenever they use Crash, so I would have never guessed she "works as intended" in a solo.

the amounts of reflects is dependent on the number of people attacking her, i believe (haven't tested it, but i am pretty sure it is this way) that she has an individual reflect per person, so every time she switches to another target, she'll have a reflect for that character.

bind doesn't stop her completely, after bind is over she'll reflect if it's off CD.

a good example is when the hackers summoned her in henesys, the one we killed, went into a 20~30 reflect spam after coming out of bind, then we stopped attacking, she reflected once or twice as long as nobody attacked, and then didn't reflect until the next bind.

I think von leon has the same mechanic. All bosses might have that mechanic actually.

I'm not sure if you understand the point I'm trying to make. Point was, she spams DR during Crash, where as she doesn't spam it during bind, because she CAN'T due to Bind "stunning" her for 20 seconds.
Granted, if your theory is correct, then it doesn't really matter. All it means is finding the DR timer for Empress.

i know how bind work, bind prevents the boss from attacking, but all the cooldowns are still ticking, if you bind PB 3 seconds before he reflects, as soon as he gets out of bind he will reflect, because the CD is off and the move has priority, same for empress.

crashing empress just lets you see the reflects while attacking.

DR for empress is 80 seconds. this stands true when soloing, haven't meddled much with it, but having other people in the map seems to not mess her up, dunno if it has to do with distance though (as in, if you have a party of 6 standing next to empress, with only one dealing damage, will she DR multiple times, or only once/80s)
