Yup, definitely sounds very Bioshock-y to me.

As I read I thought it would have some nice defense artillery, the more you think about this idea the better it gets.

It's only rapture if everyone goes insane and starts killing each other.

I can see this going awry unless they make their own law, police, national security, etc. I also don't think they can survive without partaking in international economy so in the end they'll be subject to pretty much the same things as any other country.

If I lived there, I'd be constantly asking people if they would kindly do ___ for me. Also killing puppies. For science.
