There is no "Fast Way" with little to no funding. You either (power)level mining or you don't.

The "Daily 500" severely limits you to what you can do without mesos.

Eh not really. The daily 500 doesn't even come into effect if you only get willpower through leveling mining.

Otherwise you have to do kenta PQ and spam dojo all day to reach 500 on top of leveling mining.

and that's what he said, poor people can't afford the 100~400M it takes to level dilligence/WP
so he has to get limited by the cap.

It really just comes down to what exactly is very little funding since that was never specified. There are people who describe themselves as having very little funding yet their budget is over 1b which is more than enough for willpower.

not necesarily, considering it's a curve, 50M could grant you an easy 20~30 levels, if you have maxed dilligence.

and the cost is in fact in the revitalizer drinks, if you don't buy them, the cost gets reduced by a LOT.

With no funding, do Escape PQ until you cap willpower (70 per PQ), with some funding you can do as much Mining in a day as it takes to get to 200 fatigue, and with more funding you can buy the fatigue reset potions and keep relearning mining until you run out of money/patience/time.

Decent SE is +10%, but you'll still hit 101% Crit with Phantom.

That's pretty nuts. My DS will have 54% with Phantom.

I never thought recovering 8 HP per 4 seconds would EVER be useful but i was sed+1/1'd once on a rope and it saved me from being killed from the summons LOL.
