Judging by the way equip name colours go, I'd bet this to be a pink outline which would also mean the last tier for this "Amazing" Potential.

You think clean items make any difference nowadays?. With this "Amazing" tier you need everything you hold "Unique" tier at the very least or you suck.

Not really for most players.
Getting 140 gear for free is huge for the majority of players. Really, in KMS not every single person has 100%+ main stat and a 200 attack weapon.

I used to think that way, that I could play at my own rhythm without caring about other's strength, but that was when the Unique tier was out, when legendary came out and the gap became huger it was pretty discouraging. Good thing I don't play maple anymore because I'd be feeling now I'm buried down in a hole while everyone else is flying on rockets

The description for the new cubes is:

And this last part, "결과물 최고 등급: 레전드리", you might recognize as it saying that the highest potential possible is Legendary.

That, coupled with the fact that the usual place that potential stats are hasn't been updated leads me to believe that there's no new tier, but I have no idea what these cubes do. Probably makes it easier to increase rank, I guess.

Oh, I think I get it, now, I gotta admit I don't know Korean, besides reading Hangul, I guess (meaningless if you don't know any words that aren't Konglish hohoho), but I guess, you can have all primary lines with amazing cubes.

I mean, Casper ([MENTION=6960]Imitazion[/MENTION]) has no equips above unique and even still he only has 1 or 2, and can solo the v2 instructors and isn't even 180. This is on his phantom.
