Hi there, guy. It has been a long time! About 2 years?
It seems JMS has the same (or a similar) issue as GMS. You have to wait 30 minutes after you spawn the full Horntail before you can kill it for drops. We killed all but one part of the body within 5 minutes, then had to wait until 0:40 to kill it both times. During the first run, we accidentally killed the left arm before we took out all of the rest of the parts, so we had to deal with the left head kicking our asses for 20 or so minutes. Now, I only need Manon's card to complete the Leafre set.  Finding one won't be easy, though.
Also, it seems Horntail was not turned into an instanced boss with Justice. :f6: We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could enter the cave because someone else was fighting it.

Whats with the numbers in the equipment tab? Do they stack in JMS?? :f6:

No, they don't stack. I have no clue why there are numbers. They've been there for a very long time. lol

With that, I'm still not holding chances. I'm willing to bet that Horntail will still be screwed up EVEN if it gets instanced in GMS.

Agreed. For all we know, the list could still exist AND it would be instanced.

This bastard LOVES to dispel...
About 2% in ~7 minutes of killing these bosses solo. I'm not sure if worth it. I wonder how the group mode works.

Is dispel the reason why I've seen YouTube videos where the person stops after killing Hsalf (the thief boss)?

That or the same reason why I'm nervous as hell about fighting Heron : in one of the modes, there's a chance your account can be banned when fighting him. I think it's in the main dungeon mode only, but I'm not certain.
