Let's completely neglect the fact that the UI got an overhaul, and that Riot never really mentions engine "improvements".

I'd shyt a brick if Masteries stored server-side was a major cause in all the glitches.

i dunno mang, that 10% cc reduction mastery could be causing all these problems with untargetable karthus's, kogs, and cass's

Well, I haven't really played a game yet since the new patch so I didn't know there were UI improvements besides regen showing when you're not full health/mana.

Varus already seems pretty OP, gonna get him if he goes on sale for sure.

Most boring free week ever. I count 3 430s (and 4 6300s admittedly, but two of them are AD carries that are quite boring compared to the ones I already have, one I already got, and I don't exactly like Maokai).

Galio got ninja nerfed in the latest patch that included his Legendary Skin, but apparently this wasn't intended and will be fixed soon.

Varus Patch hitting the PBE TONIGHT!

Hello PBE'ers!

After the *amazing* work you guys did during the Hecarim patch, helping us find some very important bugs, we'd love to share with you the Varus patch to get some coverage on it. We will be deploying Varus to the PBE today and he will be available for testing later this evening!

What amazing work? The queue lines are always empty, and even on a Sunday afternoon the best game I can hope for after ~20 minutes of waiting for customs is 5 humans vs 5 bots, with 2 of the humans being complete idiots.

That chalice, I love it. Morello's buff is nice too.

Oh god, that Grail seems amazing. Looks like a core item on Anivia and Swain.

Looking over the PBE changes compared to Live, it's as follows:

Chalice got nerfed.
Can't stack with "Chalice of Discord"

Sunfire Cape got buffed.
35 -> 40 Magic Damage

Force of Nature got "nerfed?"
0.35% Max HP Regen every 1 second -> 1.75% Max HP Regen every 5 seconds

Randuin's Omen got nerfed.
2 Seconds -> 1 Seconds

Morello's Evil Tome got buffed.
Added "Unique Active" effect.
