Memories with horntail/zakum/old picture quests

Are these daily quests or something? I thought you could keep doing the quest but he isn't giving me the bubbles. If it's one time completion i'll be sad because it's such a great source of coins.

I believe it is only once per picture. You can turn in the unopened envelope daily i believe.
