UA's summons Aren't affected by mastery

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: I know that UA's Sharkwave isn't affected by mastery but today on my corsair i noticed that Hawkeye's lighting did damage a lot lower than my corsair range for example 1k

It seems to work fine on my Buccaneer
Could this possibly happen because you are a Crosair?
Thunder breakers do use knuckle mastery after all

No, i did it on drakes first and was the same result and summons evade Pdr so no worries because it is a boss.
