I couldnt tell, i was lagging too bad to do much.
It appeared, then was dead a few seconds later.

Was it only you there? If not, you can't be sure if it was less than 3 hits, seeing as you were lagging.
The Lykas they spawned in Scania died in seconds, but weren't fake. o_O The sheer amount of people attacking at once did it.
Anyway, don't PQ bosses have set default stat values, for instances where GMs summon them like these?

I think that's Luis' character, since he was afk'd in that exact spot last night.
