Yessssssssssssssss, I love where they are taking this if it is true. The GSC progression from RBY was my favorite and felt really rewarding playing through.

Hmm i dunno, it all sounds really interesting and i hope its true, but it just seemed like they (the leaker) were trying to appeal to all the things fans wanted, like being able to fight the sages, new pokemon, a use for the airport etc, it's a little bit TOO detailed.

Those scans are confirmed as a hoax. This dude is responsible. However, these fake scans were based off the post on serebii that the article sources.

I thought everything his leaks said was cool and all, but that's way too much information for what CoroCoro would actually be revealing. Sorry guys, it's all probably a hoax. I really did want to see a ghost Pokemon in a tuxedo too... Those gym leaders sounded awesome as well.

Because it was confirmed as fake when it was posted yesterday in the first place. There was a couple of threads on /v/ and /vp/ arguing how legitimate it was, from analyzing consistency between similar parts of the picture of the supposed CoroCoro scan to examining how it was written (looking at the legitimacy of the Japanese it was written in, etc).

I'm actually surprised it's only getting reported now, while it's legitimacy has already been debunked. The actual serebii post hasn't been proven wrong, however, I've already explained why it's too good to be true. Not only that, the user who supplied the information has a sort of questionable past- their account is only three days old, and I don't believe they've found any traces of his supposed old accounts.

The first images from CoroCoro have started to come. These images showcase the first screenshots of Pokémon Black 2 & White 2 and provide a lot of information. First, the game is set in Unova and shows the new trainers and the rival. The game is set later than in BW and features Unova being partially frozen. The Unova Pokédex has 300 Pokémon within it. There are various new areas in Unova including Hiougi City, which has a gym leader which is Poison. Another gym leader is Shizui, the Water-type leader

From those scans, it looks like the starting town's in the bottom left corner of Unova, and they're mixing in the pokemon from the other regions? =o that'd be nifty

That is already confirmed, in the new pokedex Rioulu is #033 and Metagross will be #254.

The Unova Pokédex has 300 Pokémon within it. There are various new areas in Unova including Hiougi City (ヒオウギシティ, where you begin your journey. There are other areas which has a gym leader who focuses upon Poison; Homika (ホミカ, who is also said to be in the anime this June and sits in her gym which is a music club, fitting her appearance with a guitar. Another gym leader is Shizui (シズイ, the Water-type leader. The trainer with the spiky hair is the rival and there is a new researcher called Akuroma (アクロマ who researches Pokémon Strength
Hiougi City has a Pokémon Centre and a Trainer School and areas where you can look upon the areas. There are shops, underwater tunnels with clear glass (Mantine flowing overhead), building with blue and red statues all around Unova.
That's all the information these scans provide.
It has also been confirmed that Black Kyurem will know the move Freeze Shock and that White Kyurem knows the move Ice Burn.
Within the new Unova Pokédex, which contains a combination of old and new (Unova) Pokémon, Psyduck is #026, Riolu is #033 and Metagross is #254, with other Pokémon such as Tyranitar, Lapras & Arcanine being available.
