Boomerang Step, lol. Basically once you cast it, you can't cast it again for a little less than a second (but that cooldown isn't its delay). In that time you can fit a BoT or SB, which is why most Shadowers chain them with BS. Nice to know about those other skills though.

Yeah. There's long been a rumor about that. I think I still have it macro'd.

Boomerang Step looses any CD post-Justice but chaining (with some skills) is actually better DPS because it removes some delay.

it's not a rumor, it's as zapta said, what's more precise, hitting the macro as soon as you start the jump, and letting the game determine when you're at an appropiate height, or you hitting it when you think you're at an appropiate height?

having it on a macro makes it cast ASAP, something a human will find it pretty difficult to achieve.

There's about 1/10th of a second where I'm just standing there between each bstep, but I can just hold it down and it'll keep bstepping with no cooldown messages.

No no no, it's not an actual cooldown that tells you you can't use it. It's just that after each BS cast, you can't use it for a small period of time. It's definitely not the delay because the delay is <900 ms, yet it takes over a second to cast if you're spamming it. However, it has its normal delay when you chain it with BoT (for example).

it gives it to you once, and provided you don't press any other buttons, even if it says that message it will autocast once you're high enough

I laughed now remembering this, but my old friends in MapleStory told me if you traveled around the world to every spot and talked to every NPC, the last spot you stopped on would be a GM as she congratulates you and gives you the GM hat.

There was another one I heard years ago.

Have the default Attack and Jump binds, put an item on the "Delete" key, and press all 3 buttons at once to "Dupe" the item.

I recall one, it went something like "players with nx wouldn't have an advantage over ones without" if I remember.

If not, im positive everyone remembers the myth that tiger was powerleveled by like 8 different people, 24/7.
