Yeeeeeah, TWO different weapons? Not sure how that's going to work.

Could be interesting if you had different skills for each weapon rather than a skill that uses both. It'd definitely be new and I'd try that pomegranate out.

Naw. Both weapons are pretty much the same thing; both are bladed weapons. Gun and sword? Ranged and melee? The skills to accommodate both weapon styles are going to be a beeyatch to create/animate so they'd mesh well.

Unless it's a Blast animation revamp, it better not be for Paladins. That looks like an oversized Brandish, though.

Edit: Considering the screen capture above, it does have a resemblance to Oz's staff.

Kinda lame if they turned Oz into a melee warrior with flame now too. If they've really run out of ideas, why are they still pumping out classes? The attack count screams previous class attacks too, with the 3 hits + 1 Critical Guaranteed + Min Crit Buffed fourth attack.

The idea of a Melee warrior Oz makes me think of a Blaze Wizard/Battle Mage hybrid.

Keep in mind that Battle Mage did melee magic really well, i don't see the problem with doing the same with Oz.
The sword is just an animation to me, but the skill looks quite fun for a mage class. (Says the person who has never levelled a warrior except for Aran and Demon Slayer)

The concept of making Oz melee makes no sense, when Blaze Wizards weren't. So Oz was training BWs in something she knew nothing about?

It's probably Oz and the sword is just a placeholder.

Or we're getting a new class that'll make the Scroll for 1/2h Sword/Weapon for MATT actually useful!

Obviously the 5 CK Instructors are the new Legends. We'll get 2...then they're just going to forget about the rest for a long time while introducing even more classes. By the time we get Hawkeye, we'll have 100+ classes. I wish I could say I was being sarcastic about that.

What about mihile's laser attack? That skill alone makes him completely different from dawn warrior.

You can't just judge what the whole class will be about from 1 animation (not even skill). She might be able to use this attack in close range and shoot fireballs at long range

This. That stupid lazer makes no sense on a warrior, yet they got it. Maybe the story will introduce Oz as Mikhail's GF and they shared knowledge to create new skills? (Lazer for Mikhail and Flame sword for Oz).

I'm going based on the idea that Oz would be a completely melee class, like Battle Mage, that someone else mentioned. The Laser attack for Mikhail is a single attack introduced in 4th job. Yes, this is only a single attack as well, but the idea mentioned earlier that I quoted was saying suggesting that the entire class is melee, which would be silly. Having a single attack for Oz be melee would be...alright, I guess, but making the entire class melee would be stupid.

The skills you learn specific to Dawn Warriors are still available to Mikhail, albeit earlier. If Oz was completely a melee mage class, akin to Battle Mage, it would mean that none of the skills you learned as a Flame Wizard would be in Oz's skill tree, because they wouldn't fit the character at all.

I wasn't saying that this couldn't be a single skill for Oz, I was saying that if this meant that Oz was a completely melee mage class, it would be stupid, and it wouldn't make sense.

If it was Oz(or any new character for that matter), they would have gone with posting SHADOW ART instead of going straight to a skill.

if that happens, I'll rage I had so many pink 20% and 50% 1h Sword/2h weapon M.Attk from the past events in KMS. Just recently dropped them all in leafre cause they were a waste of spam X_X.
