What are you playing?

One week until Xenoblade hits NA. Been waiting for this for two years! Though I doubt it will live up to the hype generated by Operation Rainfall

I loved it, but I think that was probably helped by the fact that I wasn't hyped for it at all, and therefore pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

It's an excellent game all round though and anyone who has an interest in RPGs and a Wii should get it. Took a couple of hours to get used to the British voices though, but I certainly wouldn't switch them back to Japanese now.

I hope NA gets... NA voice actors. No offense to the brits but I can't sit through a serious game and listen to those accents the whole time. The only game with accents like that that I enjoyed was DQVIII and that's because it suited the silly atmosphere.

You've got the same British dub. You're also getting the British dub of the last story (And presumably Pandoras Tower). Frankly, in some ways it was refreshing to hear voices in games that sound different to the same few people who appear in almost every major game. And with the exception of Riki, none of the characters have silly voices. (Riki is a joke character, so thats on purpose)

Playing Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable on the PSP

My copy arrived but I'm waiting for a better guide (or even the translation patch, if the translation project heads that route, since I know either PD2nd or PDExtend can actually be patched and still use a legal copy) before I start playing.

I forgot how hard Oath in Felghana was, especially after playing YS: Seven. The boss fights are still really awesome though despite some being a bit frustrating at some points. I'm stoked for when Xseed releases YS: Origin on steam, and I'm hoping that they'll localize YS: Celceta Sea of Trees for the Vita, I'll definitely pick up both if I can.

Well, I personally played through the entire game using a Classic controller pro, so my experience says yes. I've heard it works decently with the Wiimote and Nunchuck, but I believe moving the camera is marginally more difficult on the Wiimote/'chuck setup (You have to hold the C trigger + use the d-pad) vs just using the right analogue stick on the Classic controller.

Trine 2 went on sale today on Steam. RL friend and I played the game from start to finish in about 7.5 hours in one sitting.

The final boss is a HUGE disappointment when compared to the "Final Boss Gauntlet" in Trine 1.

Really enjoying Counter-Strike : Global Offensive even if I'm just playing bot games to get better.

DMC 1 is horrible. DMC 2 gets a lot of flack for no reason. It's my second favourite after 3. 4 was an abomination.
