Nexon America seems to work only on Mondays -> Fridays, 9AM to 7/6PM.
They don't work on weekends, most US holidays and on the last week of the year.

For reporting bugs it's the best thing out there, that is, if a GM actually reads those threads from time to time and responds that they're aware of the bugs...

Yeah ok, you need a lot of bumpers to keep your post "alive" there.

All I know is that according to the Dragon Nest section of the forums, there were forum issues for Google Chrome users over the past week. Whatever they did fixed it for like a day, only for the forums to break for everyone on Friday.

Quite infuriating since Dragon Nest does not have any proper fansites with a good forum community.

It's been about 2 days or more since anyone even posted anything new on the general section. I think they might've put the forums into locked mode for "research" or complaint stopping lol.
