That is not so hard to achieve. 14 attack is around 40 LUK for me, and I aint got a single duped attack item.

That was what I'm implying. The character bryan is trying to poke fun at has their Dex:WA ratio down to 3~3.2 : 1 right now which technically makes the duped one better than his.

Overalls are much easier to just straight out +stat scroll them. Get relatively the same range compared to chaos and you save a lot more money doing so.

I like it! Your overall was the plan until I did the calculations for what's better/cheaper/cost-efficient.

I think the only way to reach the 25x status is to 20% + protect scroll it + 12 star enhance it.

The anniversary ones that have a chance to blow up? They're pink and give +7 attack.

I don't think any empress weapon can reach 25x status without those scrolls unless it's like 14x/15x clean.

at 10 enhances of 5 attack and 2 of 4, the weapon would have to be 192 after scrolling, so yea, 142 or 147 minimum depending on slots

I'm not sure how much weapon attack you guys have but it takes me at least 9 dex to beat 1 weapon attack.

Friend gave me 7 Prot scrolls after I cubed a few of his things on my "Free NX" Mule accounts. 5/7 passed, so I am pleased.

Is your base + equip + MW dex like 1800+ or is your w.atk like 100-200 cause that's kind of high for a ratio...

Because I don't want to use a duped Falcon Wing DBG.

Pretty lucky, first two scrolls took seven tries, last three scrolls took three tries (3/3!)

I'll make my own Falcon Wing DBG once I can get my hands on a clean one legitly.
