You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.

Like i said in the extraction thread, the only good thing that can come of this (apart from the whole level 200 cygnus thing) is that Mikhail has been rushed through so fast, chances are the other 4 will be too.
Then they'll get onto making more content and the Pirate Hero.

I like to believe that they forgot to roll it out on the test servers until earlier this week, because normally, when a class comes out; the tutorial is usually never completed (you'll spawn in Lith Harbor), events haven't been made to start and you won't be able to level up to 170 through Mr. Goldstein.
