iirc, someone showed a Phantom tutorial that did the same thing. They just jump to level 10 after a certain point.

I doubt they'd go through the hassle of making an entirely new job and new maps / quests / etc. just for a joke. Many skills are re-used from Dawn Warriors, but they still added several new ones. If this content's quality was a bit lower then I, too, would have believed it was a joke.

It's not impossible that they're laying ground work for another real class and that they'll swap out chunks of this one as a gotcha when they put in the real bits.
Still, the further along they get with it the less likely that is. One can hope :/
