Or maybe the character doesn't realize it and Cygnus can see the potential in him (aka the chosen one). Without translations of the quest dialogue we can guess here all day.

Well I can a little seeing google translate actually does pretty well on there turning it into Dutch but...
My laptop is so crappy that it takes ages to load a single page and its frustrating me as hell. There is so much on one page
its crazy... its the same with the KMS MapleStory Website. Animations everywhere things moving. My laptop cant handle it haha
