I know mostly everyone in this thread are ahead of me but I still find it funny that my brother keeps getting the boot when he plays with me. Richard just left, and he doesnt want to play a girl so..I'm on my own for a little bit I guess Frown I think he should get over it since the girls in this game are actually Beast compared to ToS (Sheena/Raine being the only good ones)

Edit : Since I've finally gotten used to the battle system I guess I will change the difficulty (now that I know it wont be to hard)..like stated above its hard to get used to someone since the fights last like 20 secs..

Hahaha, you quoted me just as I edited my post one more time and even mentioned you. What carries over to NG+?

I can't find the last damn kid in Hide and Seek. I tried using a guide after getting frustrated but it was pomegranate and didn't help at all. Only soldiers left guarding areas are south-west tower and north-east tower. I don't think south-west moves but I can't figure out how to get past north-east and I can't read what he's saying.

Edit: nevermind, finally fucking found it.

JoeTang Wrote:Pascal's first mystic arte can be obtained to the west of Gralesyde from a sub-event by talking to some bandits and beating them. Everyone else gets theirs from main-story events so hers can be easy to miss.

Can you go back and get that? Cause I missed it. I would be pretty annoyed if you can't get it after that section.

EDIT: wait, nope, it's missable. Best time to go is right when you get to Gralesyde.

Damnit, that's retarded. I absolutely hate important things that are missable, like a skill.

Just remind yourself to get it on your second playthrough. It's not THAT big of a deal. You have to play at least a second playthrough anyway to get absolutely everything.

No Mystic Arte can be missed permanently as far as I know. I didn't get that one on my first playthrough until I beat the game =S.

Some more tips
Talk to every cat in the game (one in each city), and you'll unlock the Cat Village. The crazy cat guy's house that Sarah talked about has a dictionary or whatever to let you talk to the cats there. There's a shop and requests available there.

Some difficult to get artes:

You can plant the seeds you've been finding throughout the game at Cheria's house in Lhant. Planting all of them will give Sophie her level 1 Mystic Arte combo activation.

In Zhavert, there's a little sick girl who's collecting dolls. Get her all of the dolls and you'll get Zero Dissolver, Sophie's 3rd Mystic Arte.

Cheria's Virtuous Ray (?) can be obtained by using 4 CC Assault artes 150+ times, finishing 100+ hit combos 3 times as Cheria, or getting to level 100. It's her one spell that does Dragon damage, other than Red Charge Indignation, which the AI can't really do.

Malik's strongest spell, Dragon Slayer (?), can be obtained from Mastering 80 titles, spending 1000000 total Eleth, or getting to level 100.
Malik's strongest burn spell, Blazing Hearts, can be obtained through a sub-event.
 Slight story spoilers

I never got Blazing Hearts in my first playthrough because it was in such an unobvious location that you wouldn't really want to go back to after you were done with it. The other method of obtaining it is getting a total playtime of 100 hours.

Pascal's Fangirl Dream is obtained at Telos Astue.
 Spoiler
The only other way to get this spell is by getting to level 100. This spell has the highest hits per attack of anything in the game that's not a Mystic Arte.

I'm at the Fendel Border Fortress right now. Maybe I'll have the Turtlez there smuggle me back into Lhant and head over to see if I can get it. I haven't read all the tips you've released (Thanks for them by the way), but maybe there's some side quest there anyway, since there's a Skit where Asbel expresses a wish to go back and visit.

I actually got that skit *after* having gone back and visited. Felt kinda silly.

I just got the arte for Pascal. I have to imagine that if it was missable, I would have missed it by now. I'm way past this section. The problem is that you never officially go on this path, so you go right past it unless you need to go to Gralesyde from Lhant at some point for something else.

I'm sloooooowly making my way around the world for a final lap before the last boss. Just beat Veigue (Riot Peak, might've spelt that wrong).

Didn't get far today, kinda randomly grinded and stuff while I waited for my sister. We're about to head into the Fendel Tower.

There's only one sister who still has interest in ToGF now, the other stopped caring the day we got it, so I want both of us to see the whole story / game to the end.

I did have fun killing those stupid OHKO scorpions while I waited. That was funny lol.
