Dropping is one thing, dropping reasonably is another.

Dropping pvp and thus glitching is now entirely possible as this system makes getting skills a lot more reasonable. They're shooting themselves in the foot, really. All the money charged just to glitch skills will now be kept as you can just get the skill as an extension to your gear or on a common tradeable item instead of psoking half the items that have decent skills.

Using a diffuser to remove nebulites completely destroys them, though, so once you use them, they're basically worthless, in resale value, I mean.

As far as nexon has said, yes thats right.
Nexons patch notes say the following

"To detach a Nebulite from a weapon, double-click the Nebulite Diffuser (cash item) and place the weapon with the Nebulite you want to remove into the UI slot. The Nebulite you choose will be destroyed and your Socket will be free for use."
