How was your day?

Awww, lucky (or unlucky, can't tell). I thought Carnegie-Mellon applications came out today, but it turns out they were delayed to the 27th (when they'll be mailed out then...).

Couldn't be much worse, maybe tomorrow will be better.

Maybe it wasn't that big of a mistake.
We shall see.

58 HOUR OVERTIME WEEK SO FAR. MY BRAIN.

Ya know what's fun?
The day before you begin your underway period, and before you pull out to sea for 4 days, you get a call from your mother saying there's a letter for you at home from a debt collecting attorney saying I'm in arrears for an old utility bill. That you've been paying off since December. And the amount listed in the letter was a balance from the beginning of February. And when you can't get a hold of the fxcker even at 11 in the morning (today that is). Neither can your mother for the past few days that you were out to sea. And you're going back out for an extended period of time tomorrow. And you'll have to rely on your mother, whom you can't trust with a penny to return it to you, to deal with this. And you can't get a special power of attorney for her since the legal people on the ship weren't doing PoA's today.

in other news, I shaved my head.

Oh well, kind of expected to not get in.
Still have a ton of other great colleges to choose from!

I leaned limply against the wall not knowing what to do. Gimpy had worked for Mr. Donner for over fifteen years. Donner - who always treated his workers like close friends, like relatives - had invited Gimpy's family to his house for dinner more than once. He often put Gimpy in charge of the shop when he had to go out, and I had heard stories of the times Donner gave Gimpy money to pay his wife's hospital bills.

It was incredibly that anyone would steal from such a man. There had to be some other explanation... Anything rather than believe that Gimpy was stealing. Gimpy had always been so nice to me.

Interesting day, maybe too much interesting. Also found out my younger sister has a lump in her breast. She's barely 14 what the pineapple, most likely that it's nothing serious but still what the pineapple.

Had a good day at work today. Wish I didn't have to work till 10:30 every night, though. I would like to have more of my evening. I got the weekend off, however.

Tummy hurts. Shouldn't have eaten half a large pizza because of beer munchies.

Head hurts. Shouldn't have drank 4 pints in an hour because of life sucking.

Welp, Once again AT&T fucks me over. Our Uverse Router decided to flatout die on us, so we had to order a new one, and in the mean time,we're without internet or phone because the piece of pomegranate ran both of them. We only had the damn thing for a month and it just decides to crap out now. pineapple.
