I see full runs with like 20 people in them and they have 3 minutes left...

How is this humanely possible?

Is that a 200 Phantom with Combo and Rapid Fire? I guess 999,999 10 times per second will do it...

Wouldn't it be around 14+ shots, since any given phantom will most likely have 70%+ crit rate? Especially since 2 phantoms = they cast SE on each other and it doesn't expire when they switch to rapid fire.

If you switch from a party buff to a different skill, the buff will disappear from your party members the instant you make the switch.

That must be decSE buffed if rapid fire is still on ctrl, then. In which case he'd still probably have 70%+ crit rate.

Empress can only be killed after the 9:59 mark, otherwise it just heals up.

So there's no real point in taking an SS of her technically dead when they have 30-40 minutes left. Obviously a full party can "kill her" faster, but due to that above restriction, it seems like 2 ppl vs 20 ppl have the same killing speed. (And it's technically 18 people since 18 is max # of people that can go inside)

question, does the empress recover the 1.5B hp at any point during the fight other than the above mentioned "take her too low before 10 mins"

btw, you can notice these guys finished MUCH earlier, since it took them only 2 mins to lower empress from that 40~30% mark where she heals, down to zero.

Get her to 10% HP or less before 9:59 and she heals 800m.

They most likely got her to ~11% HP and just waited for 9:59.

Yeah they can steal crash. Reflect is probably what happened, either that or she healed around 14:00 and they were just attacking her when 9:59 hit.

It's 840m, but, yes, from my experience, she can currently heal at any time, though it's only happened once or twice for us before 11% HP.

yea, i was asking exclusively about KMS though, since they have fixed empress.

I don't get why they don't use Ultimate Drive, since it's 2 hits, and Rapid Fire is 1, unless UD is slower.

Phantoms can also debuff/steal DR and get a buff off of it.

I think when 9:59 comes, she heals regardless.

Actually, they can. It lets them reflect 200% damage I believe.
