Doubt it will be this week, only the Legendary Memories event will end on the 8th, some others will end on the 14th. We will probably have to wait till next week.

I still wonder if Nexon are ever going to do anything with the Badlands map.

Wastelands as a blanket term for the destroyed remnants of whatever it is professor krakia f'ucked up in his plot to do...something. Technology in the preview is clearly more advanced than anything else they've created sprites for already save for VPQ, which obviously has nothing to do with this.

Sorry, but your opinion is just being carried by your excitement. The little sprites look different to anything in game but that's nothing to regard it as more advanced to anything already existant in game. Hell, NexAm has never created exclusive content without reusing map elements from somewhere already in game. and who knows if Professor Krakia has to do with this?. The banner just shows a broken Statue. If anything that should tell us all that this event or whatever occurs inside NLC.

If this turns out to be a totally new and amazing area I'll eat my words and be happy but everyone should keep their hopes down or watch skeptically until its out.

If there was another "devastated future" area, I'd rather have one for Sleepywood than for NLC. Mutated Drakes, Kargos, Tauros, and (possibly) Balrog.

Well in the storyline of Masteria, Prof. Foxwitt is considered a "time-traveler" so it could fortale a devastated NLC...
But Future Sleepywood works too. Didn't the entrance burn down though in Future Henesys?
