True, but 30 weapon attack and 20% MP cost reduction is nothing to sneeze at.

Yeap, that pic sums up everything. Since my bishop is not properly equipped my guildies only call out to me when they need an hs-er or something :| so its super boring and i'd rather play my battlemage or f/p mage.

Finally got around to fixing this; was originally scrolled with Luk to equip my Staff, but it's no longer required.
20% Innocence worked first try, took 12 60%s/WS to fill all 9 slots, AEE added nothing useful of course.
Now I finally have a reason to cube it to Unique. Didn't feel right cubing it before when it was scrolled for Luk.

Would full empress set (meaning the 30% boss bonus) be better than that setup + fire/poison staff?

Also you don't really have to chaos them. After doing the numbers on my character, my mercedes actually gets more range from +5 dex than 1 WA. Unless that overall has like 25+ attack, I can get a competitive/better dex overall much easier.

I would assume so, but I don't think it's worth the effort, especially with 246's being duped heavily now.
4 set may be worth it but I have other upgrades I could work on first, and if I do switch to 4 set I wouldn't go for the Overall or Staff anyway.

You can wait till the justice shop and get that 20% (+10 from dilligence) then. Atleast it would be better than 10%, but you'll lose 1 stats for each scroll D:

10% from diligende really helps, I made this with only 15 scrolls :O

My recently completed Empress Cape, was nicely scrolled thanks to event Goodness Chaos Scrolls

I decided to be an idiot and use a vega's scroll 10% I've had for months from cash shop surprise (which, of course, failed).
But apparently the thousands of GM clean slates are gone from Bello market, so I have to wait for next SC I guess. Almost have enough NX for hammers.

The golden sap event acts as a 100% chaos although on the event ones and such. You may get lucky and it'll work on that nose as well to save you some money.

I think they only worked on the level 10 ones, IE the ones that comes from gachapon and was named ??? ?? at the time or something like that, don't think they would work on the 40 ones but who knows event is coming soon so guess he could try.
