I have issues with people under the influence. Unless you play LoL under the influence the majority of the time. It's not fun for me seeing you do poorly and knowing that you're drunk, because who knows what idiotic things you might do. Malzahar thinking he's Gragas? Oh boy.

Hee Shurelya! Nice to meet you. So I heard you're the creator of Lux? She's my favourite champion in the league and probably my most played champion. I'd really like it if you could share how you build her and why.

I myself usually go glass cannon with a combination of sorcerer shoes, dorans rings, deathcap, void staff, lichs bane, morello's evil tome, zhonya's hourglass. 21/00/09. flat m. pen marks, scaling mana/5 seals, scaling ap glyphs, flat ap quintessences. Going Q if fighting, if not E first prioritize R>E>Q>W with a point in W at level 4. I usually buy some wards early game when I've the slots for it to snipe away blue/dragon with laser. I only ever go the catalyst road when I'm against something as Leblanc. Interested if you're supporting with her too because whenever I try that path with her I fail miserably when the enemy has a 'real' support as Soraka or Sona.

But when I play her I build infinity edge, phantom dancer, last whisper. Lol

[COLOR="#cc8899"]Unless you're Gragas. Gotta get into that Gragas state of mind. But yeah - mild intoxication is one thing. For uptight people, like myself, it actually helps us to loosen up and relax, which makes the tension of close matches/team fights easier on us. I wasn't there for the game, so I really can't speak to what happened, but if it was just a normal game, it probably isn't worth getting upset over one way or the other.

Being bad at a game is a small price to pay for enjoying it. If I enjoyed alcohol or drugs, perhaps this game would be a bit more fun for me and I could bring myself to ignore the 99% of the community that is annoying at best, but having to block every single person every single game gets tiring.

So I bought RP yesterday. Got the rune page bundle, Valentine Vayne, and Vandal Vlad because it was on sale. Hoping Dreadknight Garen goes on sale soon. :x

Word of advice: I would just avoid LoL if you're under the influence of alcohol and drugs of any sorts. It leads to all sorts of bad stuff happening. Not pretty at all, and simply not worth it. I've seen that stuff happen before; while some of it is indeed funny, others are not in the form of under-the-influence players ruining the match for you and other people. Ask yourself: how would you feel if someone was under the influence, ruining the match for you, and making you want to tear your hair out?

But, drunk gaming is the most hilarious thing I've ever witnessed, and I don't even drink.

Any tips on what champion to buy first? I'm saving for rammus.

Most of the 450IP champs are pretty strong choices for the role they play. (Poppy and Kayle might be a bit unwieldy for a newbie though)
In the 1350 IP range there's Morgana, Garen, Singed, and Mundo. All pretty straight-forward, tanky, strong champs. Especially at low levels.

On a side note, start last-hitting! Gold wins games.

I tried Nautilus yesterday and my lane partner isn't used to such aggressive lanes when he's not the support. Didn't turn out too good....

And if you tick enough people off while under the influence, that's going to land you in the Tribunal relatively quickly. Something to keep in mind.

so i did a couple of games on a smurf account to level it up.

First game the riven on my team fed. She obviously didnt really know what she was doing so thats fine. But this guy was flaming and saying we should report for feeding. When i mentioned it seemed unfair to report someone when their summoner level is like 2 or 3, he told me to read the summoners code.

Is this what its like for new players now when they are not facing a full team of smurfs every game :l
