Both are cheap workforce for Nexon, the one being even more cheap then the other...

My sympathetic side really wants to stop my friends saying "spamming equip gets (insert exploit here)" but the people falling for it deserve the ban if they're that greedy.

Whoever falls for it does deserve what they get.
1. Because they obviously wanted to abuse a possible exploit.
2. Because they are dumb.

Not to mention that this is such an abyssmaly small issue compared to everything else that's going on.

If it's true that high end computers can result in this happening in 5 seconds I think that is unfair as it could still possibly (although very unlikely) be unintentional

Just know that Nexon never in the history of GMS compensated anyone for a false ban.

Someone on Nexon forum claimed that they got a month autoban from rearranging their buddy list.

My 2600k@4 ghz bans itself in 4 seconds.
I'd hate to see how fast it happens if I run it at 5 ghz...

I guess they fixed this exploit (according to the maintenance notes at least), but I'm still banned. Looks like I'm going to have to wait it out.
