There is a rumor about Nexon suing a bunch of hackers from some infamous websites. But it is just a small group considering the amount of them in MS though.

As for the "Nexon might be working with the hackers", I've thought for quite a while that it might be true, seeing how Nexon profits from the crumbling of the economy as much, if not more, than the hackers.

750k is a hefty amount. Seem's like that's the set amount they're trying to squeeze out of the pservers.

iirc, Nexon of Korea had wanted Bannedstory shut down but Nexon of America gave them special permission to keep the site up

Then you just can't pay.. They can't make you pay if you don't have money.
So you go to jail, get out, file for disability, profit.
If you're not working, they can't do anything.

Pretty much this. Aside from that, for something like this, a person could simply burn all of their money and possessions; jail is basically free room and board, with a side of buttsex, at this point.
