Bleach Manga thread (SPOILERS)

They get names wrong (hunter x hunter, well maybe not necessarily wrong, but weird enough for me not to like it) and their grammar editing post-translation isn't very spot on. They clearly rush the entire process to get the most popular chapters out asap, which is fine for the first day, but after that...unacceptable.

Well yes in comparison to Mangastream they aren't the best translations, but they aren't as horrible as they are made out to be. You generally get the point of the chapter, which would be more than if you looked at a raw version of it most times baffled by the japanese words.

Gotta remember that mangareader/fox or just compilation archives like what One Manga was. They download scanlations from different scanlation groups and then use their site as an online reader. The new scanlation group for Naruto/Bleach/OnePiece is Mangazone. As of right now, I don't think there are other scanlation groups doing those three right now.

The whole thing is pretty sopatastic, but the stupidest part is that the efforts to take popular manga down from few sites is completely useless. It will only make people move to other manga sites. It will target those few people who at least did a decent job in scanning and translation.

Besides, what do they expect people to do? Order Shounen Jump from Japan and use google translate? Or should I wait a year just to buy a horrible Finnish-translated bleach book? Can you really say it hurts their business because if it wouldn't be for internet, I wouldn't be reading bleach at all.

Once again, it seems like you didn't read the news completely. Jump took down manga stream's scanlations because they're doing a weekly online e-zine, with the translations of the typical popular manga. Problem is, they'll still be about 3 weeks behind.

What? No, the only thing bad, if you can even call it that, is that they don't use the same romanizations as MangaStream. Overall, translation quality is just as good, considering they actually get paid to translate.

Looks like Jump mangas are now unavailable in Mangafox as well.

The series Bleach has been licensed, it is not available in Manga Fox.

Turns out that guy is not an arrancar, but seems to resemble more of a fullbring user. Also he seems to know Ichigo although the vibe I got from what he said was that he wasn't there specifically for Ichigo. Also some masked/robed dudes that the head of the Gotei 13 has never seen before have declared war on Soul Society. I like where this is going.

wtp dude we haven't seen a thing about this yet, why so quick to complain? For all we know it could be Arrancars born from quincy souls, hired by Aizen through telepathy to break the layer between human world and afterlife.

Actually, I think I'm right even more now. The cross this dude let out was obviously the same that Ishida uses to summon his light bow, so he is definitely a Quincy, while wearing a hollow mask at the same time... an arrancar. Conclusion: Arrancar born from a Quincy sou l. He might be just too pridefull to admit he is part hollow, after all, the Quincys were formed to erradicate hollows.

Edit: Now I realize there is no hole visible on his body so, he might not be an arrancar. I guess we gotta wait and see.

It's possible, I'll give you that. After re-reading it I noticed it was the Quincy symbol, but idk. Seems we will have to wait and see.

HOLY TITS. Just realized that those hooded doods are probably Quincy. INb4 secret quincy/hollow dudes society. They must be pretty strong to just stroll up to Yamamoto and be all like "Hey bro, war pls"

Either way, seems like the final arc will be epic. War on soul society?

If it's a Hollow who gained Quincy powers, he isn't an Arrancar. Arrancars are Hollows who gained Shinigami Powers, so by the main defintion given in bleach, he may well not be an Arrancar, in the same way that Quincy, despite having Spirit powers, aren't Shinigami (And vice versa)

I can almost gurrantee that this is the case. It's just a hollow with quincy powers, unless aizen did a back up and made artificial hollows with quincy powers.
