That's Wonderking, a pretty nice game. I think it actually came out before maple.

The game tanked and they closed it if I remember correctly.

It didn't receive any updates for around 1~2years.

Probably over the eastern seas, kind of like Ghost Online. Over here though, they came out AFTER Maple.
