As far as cheap basic equips go-
Bamboo hats are better for DEX or for STR

.

green bamboo hats have a 30 dex req.

Assuming you can get a 10 dex Bathrobe and follow your guide to get 23 dex, I don't see a problem.

PLEASE make sure you consider Pure PA builds in your 4th job section, not a single guide has even mentioned them that I have seen

(Best training spot once zerk is a decent level is Crimson Guardians, if you know how to exploit certain "safe" areas where Fury can still hit mobs)

But yes, that spot is GODLY for a PA DrK using berzerk, especially if you can convince a lv 115 priest to come dispel and HS you (and heal while you loot). With a NL or BM taking the top row, or someone handling the left side, you can net more exp than most spear DrKs can at Skeles
