One Piece thread (Spoilers)

It hasn't been said whether Doflamingo has a devil fruit ability. For all we know, he could be using extremely fine, yet sharp strings to cut and control people. The people he controls can still think for themselves, they just can't control their body. If it's a physical thing, I think Zoro can most probably handle it. Usopp might be able to too, considering he's a ranged fighter.

If I recall he has the string string fruit, I can't remember but one of the episodes did say something along those lines. Also in the one piece games, don flamingo does take damage in the water. It's speculation but I'm pretty sure it's assumed kind of like the admiral with spider legs out of his hair and apoo's.

I kinda figured that anyone who frequented it would find out pretty easily. I found out on facebook like immediately. Pretty sad. Mostly because other sites aren't as good as far as translation, though they tend to release faster because of it. (mangareader)

Mangareader rips Mangastream's stuff. They then fall on Mangazone to replace MangaStream's stuff when MangaStream goes knocking on their door to pull down their scanlations. MangaZone, however, is trash. Bad quality scans and bad quality translations.

So far Viz and co. have taken down OneManga, MangaFox, and MangaStream. Those were the biggest sites that people went to to find scanlations. They'll see the redirected traffic to Mangareader and Mangazone eventually.

Which makes me hope it also redirects more qualified people to join these sites and improve their scanlation works.

Wow this onepiecei s so goddam weird. So I don't think it's any of the previous prediction's, Law's devil fruit is a huge possibility but he says it's a samerai so definitely in the dark about this.

Hm, the giant kids at the end of the chapter really, really threw me off. It was a completely unusual development that came from nowhere and it's really hard to tell how this fits the setting/rest of the plot.

I'm curious about who that angel chick was- she looks really, really interesting. I'm still thinking that Law's power might let him do something like this, but I'm not sure how long ago the samurai was cut up and it's entirely possible that he's been to Punk Hazard, but is no longer there. The angel character isn't a member of his crew we've seen before the timeskip, and also, doesn't really seem like she'd fit with his crew. Someone else, maybe someone entirely new, is involved.

recently picked up the first 1 through 9 in omnibus format. Used to watch the anime now and again when it was on tv so i was mildly interested.

the omnibuses are such a good deal, 1 regular volume would be £7, but you get 3 in an omnibus for £10. I guess the only downside to them is the fact that only up to #12 is available whereas the bookstore had #60 sat on the shelf. oh well.

The one piece anime episode is f`ucking terrific I suggest you watch it if you havent LMFAO.
