Don't really know. The way it happened seemed like Inori killed her, but in the preview she is shown alive, so we have to wait until next week to find out what happened, if it's shown then. And yeah, Inori killed those 3 or 4 guys that approached her a few episodes back, I think. It wasn't shown how though, but it does seem like it whatever it was, it was pretty similar to what she did to her at the end of this last episode.

If you take a look, you can clearly see the Fuji TV logo on their encode.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kira Ep 4 - ...and now we have time travel thrown into the mix. The "nipaa~" x5 was cute as all hell though.

Plus it's kinda refreshing to see Hanyuu going squee over chibi Rika.

Sure Shu is all badass and pomegranate but I think he lost his brain somewhere along the way. Considering how easy the voids of others break so easily. And yet he has a army of ppl ready to fight under fear of his superiority.Im pretty we're about to see a mass genocide in the next ep (17)

Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos: Pretty bad in my opinion. Last 10 minutes dropped it like two quality points too.

Herpderp her brother isn't actually her brother, guessed that in like his second scene in the movie 20 minutes in. The General Hershel dude is her brother? Not surprising at all either. He's also just as evil as the fake guy? WOW THIS PLOT IS SO GOOD. AND LET'S KILL HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE HERE TO MAKE A PHILOSOPHER'S STONE AND THEN USE IT ALL. The pineapple. Not to mention her brother leaves at the end of the movie. Hah. And then the fucking romance subplot tries to be milked?

The whole movie is a metaphor for Mexicans trying to hop the border into America. Pedro, Julia, Lucio, Gonzales. The pineapple Bones. MILK THAT CASH COW. MILK IT FUCKING DRY

Ano Natsu de Matteru episode 6: Gosh this show is so dramatic.. and so damn cute. It ends on a cliffhanger every damn episode. I love these characters, i love how clueless they all are and the crappy positions it puts them in and i love Lemon in general, she's the greatest anime character ever, no competition.

Mundane Space Pirates 6: I think I'm dropping this. It's just so damn slow-paced and not at all what I was expecting. They way they treat pirating and being a pirate also completely confounds me. Do people like pirates? Were they laughing on that boat because they thought it was a joke? Why would people want their valuables taken from them? What's up with the big demon guy and why is he so normal in every other way? Eh, whatever.

Hunter X Hunter 19: Has to be one of the funniest episodes yet. That ninja guy is much stronger than expected. As for the rest of the bracket, dispite my best guesses, I'm not sure at all who will beat whom. I assume there will be torture on the part of Killua and SuperClown.

Shakugan no Shana 17: As was mentioned earlier, I have no idea why we're rooting for the Flame Haze, and I don't much understand Shana's convictions. I mean, I totally heard their reasons (even if the tomogara make and live in another world, the "balance" will eventually get pineappleed and so will earth), but I still don't think it's their job to police some other world. I mean, the same argument could easily be made about humans -- that they're destroying their own planet and left to their own devices they'll destroy much more, so we should wipe them all out. I feel like I should be able to understand Shana herself better though. So she wants to beat Yuji to... show him that she loves him? And then to listen to and possibly ignore his ambitions?

Another thing that kinda bothered me is how important all the characters developed in the past two seasons turned out to be. I mean, I got the impression back then that Shana and her teacher were a very small part of a massive group, and that the tomogara that attacked were just random, not particularly high-ranking tomogara just trying to have dinner. It felt like the show was more about the characters and their developments than the fantasy world itself. But now, in season three, nearly everyone who seemed kind of average joe is suddenly a big shot in the world-wide Flame Haze army. How is it that Bomb Girl has her pomegranate in check so easily, but most of the millions of other Flame Haze are going completely insane? That was a specific point for my more general point: why are all the characters *we* know so much more important? Why are they specifically the ones fighting the strongest enemies? It just feels weird.

Post Note: That stupid mad scientist guy should not be in this show. He's horrible to listen to, not funny, and usually ruins the mood.

AnoNatsu 5: This show is just cute. I'm glad we didn't have 10 episodes of awkward movie-making, and instead got a proactive supporting character that tells everyone's secrets.

i love Lemon in general, she's the greatest anime character ever, no competition.

The problems you're having with Shana 3 are because of JC Staff and how they adapted the first two seasons. The first two seasons were very half-hearted about the light novel and mostly just followed the general outline that the LN gave. However, for some unknown reason, they decided to follow the light novel almost like a bible for the third season, resulting in what seems like a complete mess to many.

I can't say I can really pinpoint why they're fighting either, since at best I've read just summaries of what happens in each volume of the light novel, so my knowledge is limited, and as such I don't fully understand it either. Though I have seen some people that have read the light novels that if you get to actually read them, the third season will make a lot more sense.


Also, do you have your numbering wrong or have you just not seen the latest episodes? Latest Shana III was 18, and latest Ano Natsu was 6.

Nope, I haven't seen Shana 18 yet (it's in queue), and I didn't notice Natsu 6 happened yet. (EDIT: It seems the only Natsu 6 that's out is HorribleSubs and I was waiting for Commie. I don't suppose anyone can tell me why Commie seems great in some subs but terrible in others?)
