Speculations of Chaos scrolls dropping more.

There has been a small "buzz" amongst the people in the guild i belong to and others that maybe the gold box event may have been a foreshadowing of coming chaos scrolls being a monster drop in GMS. I am aware of the stated monster drop list. I was just curious if maybe someone has maybe a general idea of the chances of this happening or just others feelings on the subject.

Maybe from Zakum or ht because I remember seeing something about that being a possible drop from zak.
EDIT: That and having them drop from mobs would screw the economy.

People thought the Stonetooth would drop from monsters in GMS. Didn't happen.

According to the current monster book data for GMS (which I assume is directly imported from KMS), so do a number of other monsters that we already have, including Snowman, Zombie Mushrooms, Jr. Neckis, Papulatus...

Also according to the current monster book data, I think you're talking about Serph, the clam in Aqua Road.

If you mean black crow, it actually might, black crow just is not anywhere near common enough for any sorts of large scale testing.

I've seen confirmation SSes of BMM dropping Blue Metus and Yellow Crow. I've even seen evidence that Dark Cornians drop Power Stance 20.

I've never seen any confirmation of Black Crow dropping the Stonetooth Sword though. All it takes is just one drop, but I'm not seeing it.

What it doesn't mention is that it's something like a 1 in 100000 or lower drop rate, even though a lot of monsters do drop it, you're very very very unlikely to find any.

You might be right, because I remember bmm is supposed to drop the doomsday staff as well.

I highly doubt it. Chaos scrolls are too valuable, especially with the Deputy Pendant thing we have.

i think the economy is better now than before the chest event. Scrolls and nice items are way more accessible to people. Its smarter to have a fair and more even economy in a game than it is in real life.

I know, it is much nicer now, but not to the point of every other mob drops chaos scrolls.

After training at Spiders for a year, I've only found one of each dark scroll that it 'drops'. If that's how low the Chaos scroll drop is, then it's not worth hunting for, and they might as well not implement it.

i guess the one thing that could hamper inflation on chaos scrolls is the gacha update coming in the patch, could change anything =x
