Because comparing one skill to another skill disregarding the rest of their respective kit is so very productive, not to mention that annie's is targeted while ziggs' is a skill shot. Litterally the best in the game is so hyperbolic that I don't really think I need to go into this much further. It's decent but it doesn't beat things like decoy, deceive, light binding, valkeyrie blabla (note: non-ultimates as well). Oh my god an AoE skill, we've never seen those before. As if Ziggs has the mana to keep 'controlling' the land. I'd fear an Anivia, Maokai or Shaco more with controlling land. R is avoidable and falls in the same league as Ezreals and Lux' ultimates, granted Ziggs might be a bit more easy mode. He's a scary guy when you meet a good one but he can simultaneously be a chump when he meets a good guy. Capitals are obnoxious.

The nerf I see in Zigg's future is to his passive, maybe change it so skills cut 3 seconds, maybe reduce the damage.

After Spiegelmann wussed out on me, I decided to auto-lock Anivia for a blind solo queue. Admittedly I got an easy mid opponent: Veigar. But feels good reliving my old days.

Yes it's still a pain in the ass trying to land Q during laning phase, but at least I have decent denying skills. Then come level 6, I bought my Catalyst. Veigar became sad.

So when you're at the brink of death at the bottom of the ocean...how in the nine pineapples do you HAPPEN to transform your port-hole helmet into a badass helmet with glowing red eyes? Apparently LED lights exist at the bottom of the ocean.
